Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Dharamshala

I had a mixed experience at the resort spa. The hotel had a lovely ambiance surrounded by greenery, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms themselves felt quite ordinary and not up to par, especially considering the price. The service was a standout, with staff going out of their way to meet our needs, and while the amenities were decent, there’s definitely room for improvement in the overall value for money.
